dennis publishing. A user-generated, user-rewarded
content platform to enable one of the world's leading independent publishers, Dennis Publishing,
to set up new interactive services across its magazine portfolio.
Dennis Publishing set out to increase brand loyalty to its individual publications and
maximise advertising and revenue streams through online communities and new interactive
channels.
Our UGC solution was integrated into two magazines within the Dennis Publishing portfolio;
men's magazine, Maxim and alternative magazine Bizarre.
In Maxim's Little Black Book, a nationwide campaign to find the UK's hottest girl, the
inclusion of our UGC platform enables real girls to get famous and make real money. Users
send in photo and video content and receive payments each time their content is viewed.
Branded web and wap sites contain all the content and support uploads, content storage,
& billing.
Bizarre magazine's online community around 'Ultra Vixens' sees wacky content getting
greater interest and higher payments to the most popular bloggers. New modules supported
magazine subscriptions and allows users to interact with each other through a webcam facility.
Matt Jerwood, Head of Mobile for Dennis Publishing said:
"The service is great and we are mightily impressed with Yomego. Maxim readers love the
true reality of this form of real girl content; we're actually giving girls a platform to
make themselves famous through Maxim's digital channels, as well as in print."
